First Day of Summer

We biked ourselves to North Beach today. It was a great way to spend the first day of summer. We were not really prepared for swimming. So the kids did a lot of wading and some sand playing.

I have to say the water was not quite as cold as I expected, and this early in the year on a  week day the beach was pretty empty.

Alexa took to stuffing her dress into her leggings. Quite a fetching look to say the least...
